Condolences to the family of Father Gerard Jean-Juste who passed away on May 27, 2009. Father Jean-Juste was a courageous man and an effective advocate for the Haitian community of Miami. Both in Haiti and in the diaspora, he worked tirelessly to ensure that the rights of Haitians are respected.
