This year, 2011, marks the 220th anniversary of  Bwa Kayiman, the series of preparatory meetings and religious service that preceded the launching of the Haitian Revolution. The outcome of these meetings was instrumental in creating the modern world, a world without legalized slavery. In commemoration  of this  important event, we are posting an interview about the seldom recounted factual events  surrounding Bwa Kayiman....
